集めるもの・集めないもの

Sundial は Apple Health から 睡眠、睡眠中の心拍、日光の時間 を読み取ります。書き込みはしません。
読み取ったデータと、そこから計算した「針の位置」「時刻表」は すべてお使いの端末の中だけ に保存されます。開発者のサーバーにも、第三者にも送られません。サーバーは存在しません。
予定（旅行・シフト）、基準の起床時刻、設定も端末の中だけです。
広告はありません。広告のための追跡（トラッキング）も行いません。解析ツールや広告 SDK は組み込んでいません。
Apple Health のデータは、Apple の規約に従い、広告・マーケティング・データ販売には一切使いません。

通知

通知は端末内で予約され、端末内で完結します。通知の内容が外部に送られることはありません。

応援課金

応援課金は Apple の App 内課金を通じて処理されます。開発者は購入者の氏名や支払い情報を受け取りません。課金の有無で機能は変わりません。

法人コード

会社から配られたコードを入力した場合、そのコードは端末内に保存されます。法人版の機能を提供する段階になったら、必要最小限の情報（コードの有効性）だけを確認する仕組みを、このポリシーを更新したうえで導入します。

データの削除

アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータはすべて消えます。Apple Health のデータは Health アプリ側に残ります（Sundial は Health に書き込んでいないため、Sundial 由来のデータはありません）。

医療上の注意

Sundial は医療機器ではなく、診断や治療を行うものではありません。持病のある方、妊娠中の方、薬を服用中の方は、生活時刻を大きく変える前に医師に相談してください。

このウェブサイトの計測

紹介ページ（theleilab.com/sundial）では、広告の効果を測るために Meta ピクセルを使っています。記録するのはページの表示、プランナーの操作、紹介動画の再生とどこまで見たか、App Store へのリンクのクリック、法人向けの問い合わせのクリックといった行動だけで、氏名やメールアドレスは送りません。ブラウザの広告設定や Meta の設定で無効にできます。アプリ本体にはこの種の計測を入れていません。

広告の効果測定（アプリ）

App Store でのインストールが広告経由かどうかは、Apple の SKAdNetwork の仕組みで集計されます。これは Apple が匿名化して広告主に届けるもので、あなたを特定する情報は含まれず、アプリからあなたのデータが送られることもありません。

What we collect, and what we don't

Sundial reads sleep, heart rate during sleep, and time in daylight from Apple Health. It never writes to Health.
That data, and everything computed from it (your "needle" position and timetables), is stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to the developer or to any third party. There is no server.
Your plans (trips, shifts), baseline wake time and settings also stay on the device.
No ads. No tracking for advertising. No analytics or advertising SDKs are embedded.
In line with Apple's rules, Health data is never used for advertising, marketing or sold to anyone.

Notifications

Notifications are scheduled and delivered on the device. Their content never leaves it.

Tips

Tips are handled through Apple's in-app purchase. The developer does not receive your name or payment details. Tipping does not change any feature.

Corporate code

If you enter a code from your employer, it is stored on the device. When corporate features are offered, a minimal check (code validity only) will be introduced, and this policy will be updated first.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all its data from the device. Your Apple Health data stays in the Health app (Sundial writes nothing there).

Medical note

Sundial is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication, consult a doctor before making large changes to your daily schedule.

Measurement on this website

The introduction page (theleilab.com/sundial) uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising. It records actions such as page views, use of the planner, playing the introduction video and how far it was watched, clicks to the App Store and clicks on the corporate enquiry link; no name or email is sent. You can opt out through your browser's ad settings or your Meta settings. The app itself contains no such measurement.

Advertising attribution (app)

Whether an App Store install came from an ad is counted through Apple's SKAdNetwork, which delivers anonymized, aggregate results to advertisers. It contains nothing that identifies you, and the app sends none of your data.
